WEANT ACCOUNTS FOR PURSE Kentuckians Silks in First Triumph Triumphof of Beulah Park Meeting Heavy HeavyFooting Footing Prevails COLUMBUS Ohio May 22 W C Weant scored his first victory of the Beulah Park meeting when Prince Fox handily took the measure of those engaged in the Yonnger News Store Handicap featured event this afternoon Bushmaster led to the far turn where Prince Fox took command and in a courageous finish outgamed Mystic Sign to win drawing away Bushmaster finished a distant but easy third thirdJoe Joe Yonnger made the presentation of his Sun Gold horse trophy to W C Weant fol ¬ lowing the running runningOnce Once more the races were contested over a heavy track following rain last night The weather today was summerlike at the outset and an excellent halfholiday crowd witnessed the sport A shower fell on the course prior to the running of the fourth race but it failed to last long longIn In a camera finish Costlier earned a nose decision in the final stride of the initial dash over Felawake Npelwood also came from behind in the stretch to take the second more handily Fight Back had the race to himself when Idealistic stumbled and fell when midway of the stretch in the third Doc Oster never left the result in doubt in the fourth
