SUSPEND TRAINER L BRUSIE BRUSIECharged Charged With Violation of Massa ¬ chusetts Eule Prohibiting Admin ¬ istering of Drugs to Horses BOSTON Mass May 29 Trainer Lyman A Brusie was suspended today pending an investigation of his having violated Rule 201 Section D His case has been referred to the Massachusetts Racing Commission The rule referred to is as follows followsNo No person shall administer any drugs or stimulants internally or externally by injec ¬ tion drench or otherwise to any horse for the purpose of stimulating or in any wise affecting his speed in a race or workout workoutIt It is reported that the drug discovered was caffeine and that Brusie readily admitted he had given a medicine to the horse Easiest Way two days before his winning race at Suffolk Downs Tuesday Easiest Way races for Weston Adams
