SHUTTA AND OLSEN PART NEW YORK N Y Oct 27 Ethel Shutta singer and comedienne is going to seek a Chicago divorce from her husband of twelve years orchestra leader George Olsen in a week or two She is quoted as saying I expect to have the divorce in two weeks at the most I am charging desertion and I am asking for the custody of pur two chil ¬ dren George and I are agreed on the ar ¬ rangements financial and otherwise and we arc trying to get through this as sensibly as possible There is no animosity between us I think he is one of the nicest men I have ever known Olsen an orchestra director for Flo Zicgfeld married Ethel who achieved stardom in the Zicgfeld Follies in New Haven in 1926 Her first husband was Walter Bachelor booking agent for Ziegfeld
