FRIDAY ELKS DAY AT DETROIT DETROIT Mich July 12 The program to be offered at Detroit Friday will honor the fraternal order of Elks Races will be named for the knights of the local chapter the Elks Charity Benefit and Detroit Lodge No 34 34Cal Cal Latham manager of the admittance department at Detroit and life member of the order is in charge of the program and he believes more than 1500 members will be present Lodges in nearby cities will be guests of the Detroit lodge and a section of the grandstand will be reserved for them
