IMPORTATIONS START TRAINING TRAININGINGLEW9OD INGLEW9OD Calif May 26 Graceton Philpot trainer of the extensive Louis B Mayer stable had the four recent Irish im ¬ portations on the track at Hollywood Park the other morning for the first time All threeyearolds they will be known to racing as Silestra II Crown Colony Jury Box and Angel They arrived here from New York about two weeks ago and Philpot believes they now are sufficiently acclimated to be ¬ gin training It is still too early however to determine what caliber of horses they will prove to be though their general appear ¬ ances are good goodPhilpot Philpot sent a fifth Irish importation Ale gra to the Mayer ranch at Riverside to be turned out for a time
