factor from the start and taken back to follow the pace after about threeeighths came out for the drive and rallied when called upon but also faltered richt at the end LITTLE GAY improved her position slowly but was held safe by the leaders MACKS HOPE dropped back in the back stretch and was never a serious factor thereafter MORNING MAIL tired after reaching the last five sixteenths SWEEP THROUGH
