CHANGE CHALLEDONS PLATE PLATEINGLEWOOD INGLEWOOD Calif June 9 Under the supervision of owner William L Brann and trainer L T Whitehill the bar plate with which the horse had been shod was re ¬ moved from Challedons left forefoot In its place was fitted a regulation shoe with a portion filed away to relieve any possible pressure where Challedons heel was cracked The hoof has grown back splendidly accord ¬ ing to Brann and Whitehill and they are greatly encouraged over his chances of re ¬ turning to competition completely sound
