SUFFOLKS VITAL STATISTICS STATISTICSBOSTON BOSTON Mass June 10 A few vital sta ¬ tistics for the twentyfive days of the Suf ¬ folk followingTwo Downs meeting reveal the following Two hundred and eightyfour owners have started a total of 693 thoroughbreds out of approximately 1000 on the grounds One hundred and seven of these owners have been represente by a single horse thirty eight of them have started in only one race Races have been won by 118 owners while sixtyfour stables have started their color bearers without winning as much as a slim dime in purses A total of seventy riders have swung into action since the inaugural of Suffolk Downs Walter Taylor tops with twentyfive wins also leads in starts with 125 mounts Five of the riders Taylor Briggs Atkinson Snyder and Young have accounted for exactly onehalf of the 200 races to date while ten members of the colony have yet to take down any part of a purse
