Law Permits Meadows 20 Additional Days of Racing RacingSACRAMENTO SACRAMENTO Calif May 22 Governor Earl Warren yesterday signed a bill by Senator Harry Park man of San Mateo allowing the State Horse Racing Board to grant 20 addi ¬ tional days a year to Bay Meadows MeadowsThis This entitles the Bill Kyne track to another 60 days of racing this year plus charity days Heretofore the San Mateo course was allotted 40 days plus charity days and J W March banks Tanforan which is in the same county as the Kyne course a like num ¬ ber of days daysTanforan Tanforan is not available for the sport this season however and the bill was introduced to permit San Mateo County to have its 80 racing days and 20 additional days exclusive of charity days for the duration of the present world conflict
