YALDINA LORD was slow to settle into his be-t stride, but moved up gamely on the outride and closed with a rush in the late stages, wearing down WISE DECISION near the finish. The latter showed speed from the start, raced MISS PURITAN into defeat and then faltered. NOTES raced forwardly from the start and had no mishaps.
