j Henry Resigns Meadows Post- SAN MATEO, Calif., April 20.— Charles F. Henry, racing secretary at Bay Meadows I for the last four meetings, today tendered I his resignation to the California Jockey Club. The resignation, Henry said* is effective as quickly as he can be relieved of his duties. Wm. P. Kyne, general manager, said, that upon acceptance of the resignation by the board of directors, C. C. Paul will be appointed temporary racing secretary. Paul, who has had experience as assistant racing secretary at Longacres and several other tracks, has been stall man at Bay Meadows for several years.
