Over 200 Horses on Grounds At North Randall Course BALTIMORE, Md„ April 20.— Emmett Hileman, racing secretary, and Leo Echle, an official of the Randall Park Racing Association, arrived at Pimlico from Cleveland today in the interest of North Randalls 21 -day meeting, opening May 11. The minimum purses will be 00 with occasional ,000 purses, and the ,500 Inaugural Handicap on the opening day as well as the ,500 Cleveland Handicap on the first Saturday of the meeting, May 13. Over 200 horses are already stabled on the grounds. With others arriving daily from Hot Springs and other racing centers, all indications point to a banner meeting. Included among the stables from Hot Springs were the horses of Dr. J. D. Black-well, the Texas horseman, the star of the barn being Miss Ethel, winner of nine races last year. The North Randall racing strip is in excellent condition and 1100 modern stalls are available, assuring those who ship there, stabling directly on the grounds. The condition book for the first six days will be revised by Hileman.
