Apprentice Buxton Fined STANTON, Del., June 13.— Apprentice M. A. Buxton was fined 0 by the Delaware Park stewards yesterday for striking Edgehill Stables High Boss over the head after the running of the fifth race. High Boss had finished third to Trojan Fleet in the race. Incidentally, Buxton was thrown to the ground after striking his mount while pulling up.
