Stantons New Patrol System STANTON, Del., June 15.— Delaware Park will inaugurate a new system tomorrow, having instructed outriders Eddie Ben-ham and Johnny Shanks to patrol the track during the morning training hoursr Thi» arrangement was made in conjunction with the opening of the steeplechase course for schooling. The jumping races are scheduled to get under way June 20.
