Saint Patrick Disappears CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 15.— Mystery surrounded the disappearance of H. M. Simpsons Saint Patrick from the stable area at Charles Town on Monday afternoon for a period of three hours. After a thorough search by Frank Cronans, Charles Town publicity director, and numerous stable hands, the missing thoroughbred was found roaming along the highway towards Shenandoah Junction accompanied by G. C. Smiths pony. The only way the matter can be figured out is that the four-year-old bay gelding by Kremlin II., after much patient effort, managed to turn the wooden button, fastening his stall. After freeing himself, he must have wandered over to Smiths pony, who was tied out, grazing, and released him. Then both wandered off the grounds to tour the open countryside.
