Changes in Official Staff STICKNEY. 111., June 18.— Two changes in the official staff of the Lincoln Fields Jockey Club were announced at Hawthorne today. George Molesworth is stepping in as a patrol judge in place of A. J. Heffernan and J. J. Russell is taking over the duties of paddock judge in place of J. P. Gruber. Heffernan and Gruber have gone to Omaha, where they will serve in official capacities.
