Post Time at Washington Park HOMEWOOD. 111., June 18— Once again post time for the first race on week days at Washington Park will be 3 oclock, it was announced by B. F. Lindheimer. executive director of the Arlington and Washington Park Jockey Clubs. On Saturdays and holidays the first race will be staged one hour earlier.
