Combs and Hewitt Completing Last Details of Alibhai Sale SaleHOLLYWOOD HOLLYWOOD PARK Inglewood Calif June 18 Leslie Combs H and Abraham S Hewitt conferred here yesterday with Neil S McCarthy representing Louis B Mayer and were completing last details of the transfer of the famed stallion Alibhai from the Mayer interests to a syndicate headed by Combs CombsThe The syndicate is in position of being oversubscribed with more than 15 on a waiting list In case any of the original subscribers drop out the syndicate will add one or more on the waiting list Until such time as word is obtained from every syndicate member the exact makeup of the ownership of the stallion will not be available availableCombs Combs indicated that on the advice of the Spendthrift veterinarian Dr William McGee Alibhai probably would remain at the Mayer farm near Penis until Septem ¬ ber Dr McGee advised this procedure be ¬ cause of climatic differences
