Nugent to Represent HBPA SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., April 30. — George Nugent will represent the Central Division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association at a national meeting of that organization scheduled for Sunday morning in New York City at the Hotel New Yorker. Nugent, secretary-treasurer of the Central Division, leaves today for New York. He is making the journey in place of L. H. Thompson, who is vice president of this division, but is now in Kansas City, Mo., on business.
