Hope to Get Color Pictures CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 4. — Color photographers have been hoping for a good break this year in their efforts to get pictures of the Kentucky Derby. Until Louisville adopted daylight saving time last spring, the sun was never quite strong enough at Derby post time to favor the color shots. Overcast skies spoiled their chances in 1950, but the lens-men are keeping their fingers crossed in hope of a bright sunny afternoon for tomorrows big race. Louisville went on daylight saving time last Sunday.
