LINCOLN G. PLAUT— Well known racing figure was elected president of the Sunshine Park Racing Association at a meeting of stockholders and directors in Washington, D. C. Elect Lincoln Plaut President Of Sunshine Park Racing Assn. WASHINGTON, D. C, June 13.— Lincoln G. Plaut was named president and Justin V. OConor, Jr., vicp-president of the Sunshine Park Racing Association, Oldsmar. Fla., at a meeting of the stockholders and board of directors held here yesterday. Plaut, who served as director of racing and steward during the 1951 Sunshine Park meeting is a former director of field operations for Daily Racing Form, and is regarded as a foremost authority on thoroughbred racing in this country. OConor is the son of the late steward and eastern racing official, who was one of the founders of the one mile course on the Florida west coast.
