Deadlines for Two Handicaps At Centennial Park Near AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 27.— Racing secretary Ivan Thomas reminds all owners and trainers that two handicaps at Centennial Park close this week. They are the ,500 Speed Handicap for three-year-, olds and upward to be run opening day, Saturday, June 30. The Speed Handicap is at five furlongs. The other is the ,000 added Centennial Handicap for three-year-olds and upward at six furlongs to be run Wednesday, July 4. The nominations for the Speed Handicap close Thursday, June 28, while nominations for the Centennial Handicap will close Saturday, June 30.
