Nominations for New Jersey HBPA Off ices Close May 8 8GARDEN GARDEN STATE PARK Camden N J May 1 Nominations for offices for the New Jersey division of the HBPA close at 4 p m on May 8 with election day set for May 13 Ballot boxes will be open from 9 a m to 3 p m in the racing secretarys office the day of the election The election committee consists of A F Jim East George Howell A J Cochran and W E Charles Jr and the committee advises that all absentee ballots must be received before the election as must the nomina ¬ tions of those who wish tp be on the bal ¬ lot A buffet supper will be served to mem ¬ bers of the organization in the clubhouse the evening of the election Arrangements for the election werp determined at a meeting held last night in the commissions office A full quorum attended with John Machise the vicepresident of the local group presiding
