Install 26 Television Sets At Pimlico to View Derby DerbyPIMLICO PIMLICO Baltimore Md May 1 A total of 26 television sets will be installed by the Maryland Jockey Club around the grounds at Pimlico on Saturday so that thousands of patrons will be able to see the running of the Kentucky Derby the pro ¬ gram of which is scheduled to start at 515 p m EDT about 14 minutes following the running of the last event on the Pim ¬ lico program Through special arrangement with Cal Zamoiski 110 South Paca St Baltimore the sets are being installed to ¬ day and special wiring is being set up to provide the full sound with the TV picture pictureTen Ten of the television sets will be located on the sellers side of the main grandstand betting ring six will be installed on the cashiers side of the same ring two will be placed on the walk by the blackboards in this main ring three will be located in the third division of the wagering department three will be situated in the paddock and two will be placed in the old clubhouse This is the first time that any track in America has provided such complete cover ¬ age of an important race run elsewhere for its customers and it is believed that many of Pimlicos patrons will take advantage of the opportunity rather than try to rush home or to a friend for the telecast
