Watkins Plans Busy Season AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 9.— John L. Watkins, member of the local official staff, journeyed to Des Moines over the week-end to pick up his private plane where it was being completely renovated. Following the close of Ak-Sar-Ben Saturday, July 5, Watkins will join the official staffs at other tracks in Nebraska. At the conclusion of the Cornhusker race season in September, Watkins will fly to several of the countrys leading tracks where he will renew acquaintances with his numerous friends and former associates.
