Illinois Breeders Meet Tonight HAWTHORNE, Cicero, HI., June 9.— Members of the Illinois Thoroughbred Breeders Association will assemble in the grandstand dining room at Hawthorne tomorrow evening at 6:30 oclock for their sixth annual business meeting and election of officers. They will have as a guest Ver-lan Walter Heberer, of Belleville, HI., winner of the scholarship to the College of Agriculture, University of Illinois, awarded by the* National Association of Thoroughbred Breeders each year to members of the Future Farmers of America, an organization similar to the 4-H Club.
