Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form BALTIMORE, Md., June 9.— The Maryland Racing Commission recently made the following amendments to the Maryland racing rules: 1 Amend rule 84 by adding a new sentence at the end of the first paragraph to read as follows: "Before any- owner is issued a license by the Maryland Racing Commission, he shall submit to such commission evidence, satisfactory to such commission, that he has fully compiled with the provisions of the workmens compensation law of the state of Maryland and particularly that he has secured" compensation to his employees in one of the ways specified in the annotated code of Maryland 1947 supplement, article 101, section 15." 2 Amend rule 85 by adding a new paragraph at the end of such rule to ,„read as follows: "E Before any trainer is issued a license by the Maryland Racing Commission, he shall submit to such commission evidence, satisfactory to such commission, that he has fully complied with the provisions of the workmens compensation law of the state of Maryland and particularly that he has secured compensation to his employees in one of the ways specified in the annotated code of Maryland 1947 supplement, article 101, section 15." i
