Del Mar Schedules Ten ■ Stakes at Summer Meet ; Junior Miss and Graduation are Added to Program This Season ] DEL MAR, Calif., June 14. — A program of 10 stakes, headed by the fifth running of » the famed Del Mar Futurity, will be decided t at the thirteenth summer season of the Del a Mar Turf Club opening on July 22, it was announced yesterday by president Thomas t H. Peppers. t In addition to the Futurity, two-year-old i classic of the 41 -day meeting which will s have an estimated gross value of 2,000, t the Seaside course will renew its 5,000- 1 added Del Mar Handicap on Labor Day, September 1, and present the second run- c ning of the Del Mar Debutante, for juvenile fillies, with an estimated value of I 5,000. t Two new features have been added, both c for two-year-olds who have never won a t stake. These are the ,500 Junior Miss t Stakes for fillies, and the ,500 Gradua- j tion Stakes, for colts and fillies. Both l events are at six furlongs.
