Cone Ends Brief Retirement RetirementGREEN GREEN BAY Wis June 12 UP Full ¬ back Fred Cone came out of one of the briefest retirements on record today as he signed a contract with the Green Bay Packers for the 1953 season seasonCone Cone was injured toward the end of the 1952 season and he announced that he would retire from pro football at the ripe old age of 26 Although he has played with the Packers for only two years the former Clemson star has become one of only 10 players in Packer history to score 100 points or more
