Dr Menne Resigns as Member jOf Oregon Commission CommissionLEXINGTON LEXINGTON Ky May 9 The resigna ¬ tion of Dr Frank B Menne as a member of the Oregon Racing Commission on April 17 was revealed here today Governor Holmes appointed Dr W T Todd of the University of Oregon Medical School to replace him Dr Menne had served as a member of the commission since 1945 and also is its former chairman He is past president of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners His resignation from the commission followed his retirement as a member of the staff of St Vincents Hos ¬ pital Portland Dr and Mrs Menne plan to make their future home in Wisconsin their native state
