SPIRITED RACING AT TIJUANA. Close and Exciting Finishes Feature Sport Despite Bad Track — J. Mclntyre Suspended. Tijuana. Mex., January 28. — Star of. Love found the going to his liking and won the Pacific Beach , Handicap here today. The brown son of Star Bhoot . was saved behind Redland and. when turning into the stretch. OBrien sent him to the front to win in a canter. Sasin finished tiring. In the second race Fool stole a lead with Jtibs Band and won with speed to spare. The Judges did not like the ride of jockey Mclntyre in this race on Miss Brush and suspended him indefiniti -ly. Col. Matt was returned the winner of the first race after a terrific drive through the stretch. while Muriels Pet won the third in a head finish. Many visitors have come to Tijuana during the past few days. Am mg them are A. R. Loudon and C. O. Smith, eastern turfmen. They have then* families with them and have came for an extended stay. S. H. Velie is another on the ground. Mr. Velie owns I.ady Teresa. lockCj Joe Byrne has been restored to good standing. Jockey I.illey has been fined S50 for rough riding with the mare Swarfs Hill in the fifth race of Januarj 22.
