1 ARLINGTON DOWNS NOTES $ A car containing the horses Anthony Pel-leteri is handling for several owners, the A. B. Letellier string and Gettin Even, which William Hoagg recently returned to training, left here last week with Churchill Downs as its destination. A seven-carload special pulled away from the Arlington siding Monday, bound for the Derby city. Robert McGarvey is sending two carloads, Ben Jones an equal number, and the other three cars will contain several small stables. Clarence Davison is vanning his stable to Fair Park Sunday and from there it goes to Washington Park. Charles Kenney, who has been booking stables for the Washington Park meeting, announced today that he had received assurance for many of the leading owners that they would be at the Homewood course for the opening of the major season. Charles Kenney will remain at Dallas for the Fair Park meeting. Kenney will be placing judge and clerk of scales for the Dallas season.
