CONVENIENT FOR HORSEMEN DALLAS, Texas, April 22. Julius G. Ree-der, general manager and racing secretary of Fair Park, announced today that Max Murphy would be at Arlington Downs each morning to receive entries and scratches from the horsemen stabling at the Waggoner course. Unable to accommodate the many horsemen who desired to race at Fair Park and knowing that many would remain at the Waggoner course, he secured the services of Murphy, who also will serve as patrol judge. Murphy was paddock judge at Arlington Downs and will serve in the same capacity at Washington Park and Arlington Park.
