Y., June 4.— Dave J Lederers Leo L. was ordered scratched from today s fourth race at Belmont Park by the stewards because his markings did not conform with those registered in the r identification department, and trainer John Hastings had neglected to bring the geld- ] ings certificate of registration to the track, j Leo L. was listed on the program as a bay gelding by Whizzaway — Sun Scene. Grandpa Max, who raced and won as j Easy Spell on May 21, owing to a confusion in identification, won this race with ease i and under his own name. 1
