Make Presentations July 4 STANTON, Del., June 12.— Officials of Delaware Park have announced that the proceeds of the six war relief purses will be presented to the various organizations during the running of the July 4 racing program. The four war relief charities to receive checks are United Service Organ-izan. Inc., American Red Cross. United Seamens Service. Inc.. and the War Prisoners Aid. Inc.
