Collins Leaves Hospital SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 11. — Apprentice Charles Collins was released from St. Anthonys Hospital this morning and announced he will resume riding on tomorrows card here. Collins is more durable than some people gave him credit, for yesterday, following his spill from Amberley, a scheduled starter in the third race here, but who was withdrawn when he leaped the outside rail during the post parade. Collins was thrown heavily from Amberley and first reports disclosed that he suffered a fractured collarbone.
