Roche the lease of the Rossmore Hotel at Broadway and 42d street and will hereafter devote his time when in America to catering to his friends at the popular Broadway hostelry. The consideration paid for the Rossmore lease is known to have been a handsome one. Maher Intends to go to England next spring, ride a few races and then quit the turf for good.
