MAY BOND CLUBHOUSE COMMISSIONERS. "It Is said on good authority that in future the clubhouse commissioners who wish to operate on the Jockey Club tracks will be compelled to put up a 0,000 bond to guarantee clients against possible loss," says the New York Sun.
