LOOKS BRIGHT FOR RACING IN TENNESSEE. New Orleans, La., January 11. John W-. Schorr and M. N. Macfarlan, of Memphis, were visitors at City Iark today. They are on their way to Texas to close a deal for the purchase of a large tract of rice lands in that state. They stopped off here to look over the new truck. Mr. Macfarlan says that the outlook for racing iu Tennessee is bright ami that the people in Memphis have every hope that the Supreme Court of the state will declare the anti-ln-Hing law unconstitutional.
