OAK DUKE DIES OF LOCKJAW. New York, January 11. H. K. Kuapps three-year-old colt Oak Duke, by Florist, out of Fatality, died today at Sheepshead Bay from lockjaw.. No injury was received by the colt and the veterinaries pronouuee the malady due to a germ. Trainer Kar-rick is Iu great distress about it. lie says the colt had far greater prospects than anybody suspected.
