ROSE HART IS HENOS HALF SISTER. Rose Hart, winner of the opening race at City Park yesterday nt odds of 50 to 1, Is a half sister to Heno, which won the Dash and Matron Stakes as a two-year-old, the Reapers at three and the Standard at four. He was also favorite for the American Derby won by Wyeth. Quiver, the dam of Rose Hart, was one of the best of the fillies of her two-year-old year in which she won six races, among them the Lakeside Stakes at Washington Park. She also won four races as a three-year-old. The odds about Rose Hart yesterday were the second longest of the year for a two-year-old winner, Mabel Hollander having won at Ascot Park January 1 at 100 to 1. Rose Hart is eligible to the Futurity, Matron, Hopeful and Spina way Stakes.
