JUDGE HAMILTON PUTS IN A BUSY DAY. Indefinitely Suspends Brodie; Fines Buchanan and Notter and Declares Dutiful Sale Void. Los Angeles, Cal., January 31. Judge Hamilton was in the mood for disciplinary rulings today nt Ascot Fark. He did not like the ride Brodie put up on Allegiance and suspended the jockey indefinitely and ordered the refusal of the entry of the horse in future. Buchanan drew a tine of 1X1 for rough riding on Crnwshade at the. finish. Xotter was assessed 5 for the same offense. The sale of Dutiful to Fred Ksliner was declared void and orders were issued that the entry of the horse be refused In future. J. B. Brady, owner of Olseau, is here on a pleasure trip. "Lucky" Baldwin made his first visit of the meeting today. He looks emaciated and Ills eyes are in distressingly bad condition. J. L. McGinnis has left for Brooklyn. His mother died there yesterday. George Rose has returned from San Francisco and was booking loday.
