LEXINGTON SPRING MEETING CERTAIN. Lexington. Ky., January 31. Max Samuelson, manager of the -Kentucky Interests of the late Capt. S, S. Brown, today confirmed a statement made by Secretary Campbell Scott that there would be a race meeting here this spring. It is believed Samuelson is backed by a syndicate to buy the track.
