PROPER TAKES THE PALACE HOTEL STAKES. Jennings Horse Stands a Hatd Drive from Bannock Belle Will Race no More on the Coast. San Francisco, Cal., February 10. Proper, tbe heavily backed favorite, which was coupled with Graziallo, earned a promised brief respite from active training and racing, by his victory In the Palace Hotel Stakes at Oakland this afternoon.
