TO HAVE GOLF LINKS AT OAKLAWN. Hot Springs, Ark., Feb. 10. Owners of the Oaklawn racetrack decided today to turn the Infield Into, a beatuiful golf grounds instead of having steeplechases, as first contemplated. Surveyors from Chicago will be here next week to lay out the links. The infield consists of sixty acres. Golf playing will only be allowed in the morning and after the last race each day. A costly clubhouse is to be erected.
