L0NGSTREET DIES AT ELMEND0RF, Lexington, Ivy., February 23. Longstreet, the twenty -year-old bay horse by Longfellow Semper Idem, by Glen Athol. Ls dead at Elmendorf stud, lie gained national fame as a three-year-old by defeating Salvator and Proctor Knott in the Omnibus Stakes. He won ,3G5" in the colors of SI. F. Dwjer. He sired many good winners and will have seventeen two-year-olds out this season.
