BRYAN IS STILL INVESTIGATING. Hot Springs. Ark., February 23. Frank Lawson, :i Memphis saloonkeeper, came here today to intercede for A. J. Poimlextor. He says lie turned over the horse now in custody of the track officials to PoindeXtcr ami told him that It was The Rake. Lawson says lie bought the horse when he was two years old from a man named Knislit at Memphis. He says lie paid him 0 and that Knight told him the horses name was The Uake. He says he turned him over to Will Wallace, who kept him four days and then sent him back saying be could not beat a cow up a lane. Judge Rryan is still investigating the case.
