SEWELL RIDES FIVE LOSERS AT OAKLAWN. Radtke Has Only Two Mounts and Brings Them Both to. the Finish in Front. Hot Springs, Ark., March S. Interest in the racing at Oaklawn was stimulated by the arrival of jockey Sewell from Memphis today. The betting was iieavier than it has been on any day since the meeting opened. Sewell received a rousing ovation when he appeared on Young Sater for the opening race, but when he had finished the day without a winner out of live mounts, while Radtke scored with both of his, his followers were inclined to the opinion that Sewells trip over from Memphis, which was a tedious one because of a long delay, might have "got on his nerves." Chinu and Forsythe and .1. Ci Milam hold first and second calls, respectively, on Sewells kervices until April 11, the former paying ,000 and the latter 00. Keene tried lo purchase Couvolo today, but Edward Irazer refused to set a price on the horse. Couvolo is a candidate for the Kentucky Derby.
