STEEPLECHASE JOCKEY IS JAILED. New Orleans, La., March 8. Steeplechase Jockey KUison was arrested at the old track today. Ellison was ruled off here by Judge Rces In connection with the scandal which caused Manager Bush to destroy the steeplechase course. This afternoon lie came to the track and demanded admittance, declaring that he had been reinstated by the American Turf Association. Detective Paderas told him he was not wanted. Ellison began a tirade of abuse and was hustled off to jail.
