CARTER AND EXCELSIOR WEIGHTS OUT. New York, Marcli 22. The weights for the Carter and Excelsior Handicaps, to be run at Aqueduct April 10, and Jamaica April 28, respectively, are published today. The Carter, at seven furlongs, has a guaranteed cash value of ?10,000 this year. For this event Sysonby has received top weight, 134 pounds. Herniis gets in with 130 pounds, the weight allotted to Mr. Keenes Delhi, while Rose-ben has received 120 pounds. Hamburg Belle comes next with 125 pounds, Cairngorm having 121, while 120 has bcn assigned to both Lord of the Vale and Rams Horn, one of the best handicap horses at New Orleans.
